thanks to you I built up the courage to do the deed again. This morning all came off. I now might do it on a weekly basis. I think I keep the beard.

I may be biased, but it looks sooooo much better!

Good move, it's a nice clean look especially with the beard--that's a keeper.

I must say I really like it. I like the feel, the shine in my head and the look. It feels so great to run your fingers over the smooth skin. And regarding the look: I think I now look a bit tougher than before - more manly I would say. My boyfriend wasn't that thrilled that I shaved it but he didn't complaint to much either. He is the only one who have seen it so far. So I'm a bit nervous about other reactions. I don't know yet if I now shave it only once a week or more often.

Congratulations for taking the plunge! Fantastic look. The bald head really suits you. You should also keep your beard.
Try the 30 day rule. Then if you like your new look, keep it, if not, your hair will grow back. As you repeat the process and become more confident, you will most likely make the bald look your new way of life. I would have never imagined how head shaving could be so addictive until I started to use the razor on my scalp. The look, the feel, the shine are what makes shaving your head so enjoyable. Have fun shaving, show off your new bald head around you, and tell us about progress. Oh, and by the way, you will need to change your screenname since 1 mm is no longer acurate

I shaved Saturday morning in the hope that some hair would be there on monday. But now (Sunday morning) no hair is showing up. I shaved against the grain, so propably thats the reason why. I might shave it again today as I will be bald on monday anyway. My original plan was to shop ups with at least some stubble on my head.
