I've got a three pack on the back of my neck and shaved head where the skin folds up over my uniform shirt collars.  I always thought they looked sharp on cops and military.  We call them "cop idiot rolls".  Also got some little tiny "micro-rolls" where the shaved skin above my ears rolls a bit over the ear pieces of my military eyeglasses. lol
