Wish you a Happy New Year to all the people of SBG. I hope you all have a great year ahead !!

My new year resolutions:
1) I'm not going to waste time on the computer (Surfing gibberish, celebrity gossip etc. that I don't need etc.)
2) Stop gaming! (I know its harsh but I think I can do something better in that time. I don't mean to disrespect any hardcore gamers out here.)
3)Be a better person (Its a resolution that I take every year)
Please share your New Year Resolutions if you feel like it
Well, I'm not going to call it a resolution, but now with the holidays over it's time to change eating and exercise.
Plan for January is to walk 30 minutes minimum per day, then increase intensity in February etc.
For food, the family is starting off with what the chiropractor calls a 'RepairVite' dietary plan. It removes foods, temporarily, which tend to upset the 'gut'. Sugars, grains, dairy, and lectin (most nuts and beans). (
http://www.courtneyjonson.com/wp-content/uploads/REPAIRVITE.pdf). This gives your digestion a time to 'calm down'. Then add foods back in after a month or two and see which ones cause issues or not.
Since the whole family is doing this, it should be easier.
The rolls in the profile picture are for New Years Eve dinner.
Last last month has been one of bad eating, too much drinking, and skipping exercise. I definitely am reverting back to a healthy way of life. I also got involved in listening to and participating in a lot of other people's negative bs in 2013. I'm done with that. I need to remember to live in the moment and count my blessings.
Happy New Year to you and your families. May 2014 be a great year for everyone.
WARHAWK
Other than to lose some weight, no resolutions. I went to the doc on 12.30 (bad sinus infection). Ye Gods ... I'm blimping out - 194.5.
Mine is to get in shape, so I can get a better job.
Lose weight it is something i was trying to do last year but got into the eating junk habit again.
