I bought similar holders from Home Depot a few years ago.  They were less than $5 and had double sided tape.  I glued them on with Silicone Sealant.  I use 1 for a bar of soap, and the other for a razor.  A great , neat, clean way to keep stuff in your shower stall.

( I HATE Home Depot, but I have never seen them elsewhere)
