Subtitles, translation...whatever. Just give us a clue is all I ask.

After a few beers we would all talk the same anyway, then there would be no need for translation.

You so stole what I was going to say, Tyler! >:(  I love Snatch & Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels.  Great movies.

Last year I was in an army Course were one of my instructors was a British officer.  It was kinda funny how by the end we started using a lot of the “English.”

No, he didn't smoke fags.  I had a friend from Germany that opened me up to that expression.

LOL.  My British friends used to use that expression all the time to throw us Americans off.

It was interesting the first few weeks.  We felt like we needed a translator. :)  He did actually one day pull in another instructor cuz we just stood there with the deer in the headlights look. :-[

You want to try living where i live in Yorkshire.  I have worked for my company for six years and we have had the same security guy all that time.  His accent and dialect is so strong that even now i reckon i only get about 1 out of 2 words!!  It is like a French listening exam at school.  You have to be dead careul or you miss the punchline - the saving grace is that no one laughs at his jokes more than him :)

:D Dear Chris: you look really good, and, if the wife's on board, stay with it. I shaved it off two month ago, and have had overwhelmingly positive responses. The alteratives (hair plugs, weaves, rugs, and the comb-over) are all unacceptable. So get used to being totally and happily bald. There is an honesty in this thing, not to mention a cleanliness. This may be sad, but i can honestly say that finding this site is one of the best things i have done in ages.  Not only has it convinced me that bald is cool, and that baldys come in all shapes sizes and hair lines, but i am astounded at just what a cool bunch of people there are on here.

Thanks guys for making me feel so at home so quickly.
