It wouldn't be the first time that I'm wrong, but I don't believe the moustache will ever truly be "back" again.

Everything comes back sooner or later. What remains to be seen is if they remain "back" or if it's just a fad.

Jack White of the White Stripes and Brandon Flowers from the Killers reintroduced the stache to the young hipster types about 2 years ago..
it's already 2 years into the "too hip crowd"... saw a lot of dweebs with them here in Portland last summer...
it looks ridiculous on any dude under 30...it looks like a costume! -

For Christmas I went through a lot of old photographs to put together a photo book to give to my siblings of photos from the early 1950's to the present.
I've had facial fur of some type since I was 16. During my twenties, I sported just the stache. Looking at the photographs really made me cringe. The younger me with just the stache looked so, well, gay.
And yeah, I am gay, but geez, I looked like such a Castro clone!

I don't believe the 'stache has ever lost it's coolness. I mean if I wanted to look like every other bald faced man, I would have shaved mine off long ago...
Call me crazy, but to me, it's all about the 'stache...

Agreed. Phuzz - your's is much more than a your average moustache and will always be cool.
My fear is that goats will become dated - I'd hate to have to give mine up now that I'm sly. What would I do with my comb?

Well...fads come and fads go. Personally wear what YOU are comfortable with. Fo me the goatee' thing works just fine. If others don't like it their opinion and todays newspaper will be in the bottom of some bird cage tomorrow!!

Oh yeh!!!! You have to have a stache. As far as facial hair, it is all that I can grow well. Tried the beard, goat etc. Not enough there. However I really like Phuzz's Stache, and would compliment him through immatation. I just don't have the fortitude to last long enough to get it there.
