What kind of diet does this program involve? The website doesn't really say, or if it does, I couldn't find it. I think I'm already doing most of the exercises required. But one of my goals for the new year is to try and modify my diet so I can shed a few pounds of body fat.

Hey, I am new to the sight and was just reading ur fitness Goal the progress u have made is awesome. I am also diabetic (type 2) and like most of us near 40 I could loose afew punds, I had to take a short break from the gym for a couple of months but I am back in the swing of things now. Congrats on all ur blood work HEALTH NOT LOOKS IS THE KEY. Keep up the good work.
