I have afew grays on my chest, but I am not very hairy and I don't go out in public shirtless. Can't say about my forearms. Since I have been working out regularly (4 years or so), I keep my arms shaved to be able to see the "slight" muscle definition
I have - it helps with my motivation to continue. If I could just get rid of my gut, I might consider being shirtless on the beach.

Razor, I wouldn't touch it. I like the 2 tone color on you. It looks great.

I've learned to embrace the salt and pepper beard. I've thought about using Just For Men, but just don't feel like going through the hassle. I've not had any bad reaction to the greying beard, some say it makes me look distinguished, so I'm not gonna alter it in any way. It's grey and it's here to stay.

I agree, Doc. I like the gray in my beard.

Right now I only have a little so I've decided to just roll with it.
I've tried just for me and it wore off in a day or 2 so IMO it's not worth fighting it with over the counter products.

I actually thought this guy looked better once the beard was died. But, what an idiotic and time-consuming thing to go through. Plus, when it was done, the right side was higher than the left and it looked like dye, not hair. Weird.

I used to use Just For Men. When the eyebrows turned grey, I quit coloring the beard. I am almost 53 and still feel pretty young. I am quite hairy and now I have old man body hair with the upper chest getting white. But I am sure that this is how Santa would look if he took his shirt off! However, I am slowly but surely getting rid of the Santa belly through diet and exercise. But that is a different thread!

And there's one incontrovertible fact; It grows back. What's going to look stranger? A two tone beard with a defined line of colour change or endlessly having it redone? I have a moustache that I often think of as a colour palette, but that's how it grew in and, unless I shave it off, that's how it will stay. Maybe I have no vanity, no self identity of being young, young, young....which is the basis for all this. I've figured how to look old, old, old and I'm not in the mood to learn something frivolous. I'm having enough trouble learning Finnish to bother with this. (Some days I almost cry, and I thought Russian was tough.....)
