Hit roughly 28 seconds into this video to see the worst beard I have ever seen an attorney James Hedelsten:
Yes... I watch Dr. Phil sometimes. (I've got a beard. I can afford it )
You're probably expecting it to be some patchy or extreme looking mess, but what you are going to see is a guy who has no beard, until you squint and wonder why his face looks dirty like he was at the beach and has sand stuck to his face. Unfortunately this has got to be a "beard" because it has an upper boundary and the usual neckline cut halfway up the side of his head.
You might think that he might be at the very beginning of growing a beard, but what are the chances that this would be the case? And if you were within hours of starting your beard wouldn't you shave it off if you were going to appear on national TV?
I'm no fan of stubble beards, but this whole stubble beard thing has gotten out of hand because we now has beards measured in a length of hours. This is a beard that cannot possibly be any longer than 12 hours worth of growth. What's the point?

I agree, Rusty. I had to watch that a second time. The first time I didn't even notice it. When I watched it again, I thought, yeah that really is a mess. How do you go on TV looking like that? We've talked about how having a beard has nothing to do with a professional look, but that is really unprofessional in my opinion.
Now pay no attention to my avatar. I am a stubbly mess, but it was the beginning of my growing my beard back. I wasn't going on TV!

I was too distracted by the black and white striped socks to notice the stubble-beard.

I actually thought he was a really good looking guy. O k I thought the beard was cut a little high on the neck but who cares. He also had great hair cut in a smart looking style. I know everyone's opinions are different but that it's one more thing that makes this forum great, while opinions vary they are always welcome.
