M. Night Shyamalan is a flipping movie making genius imo
Im in total agreement with you there, although I think he lost the plot just a bit with the village. But his films always keep me wondering. I also like how he plays a cameo role in every single one.

In fact, I just watched the sixth sense. Made me cry, again!!
I am such a baby!

I tape Hauntings on Thurs nights, has same effects but based on real stories.
Dude, I love that show! ... now that's CREEPY stuff, since it's based on real life stuff
I dunno whether you guys get a show over there called Most Haunted, but it's a bunch of brits going on ghost watches, normally in the uk. Now that is friggin scary!! I used to watch it all the time, but had to stop due to waaaay too many sleepless nights. They go to really old buildings, or places that have witnessed paranormal activity, they then use night vision cameras and set up booby traps, have mediums hold seances etc... to try and make contact with the dead...how true it is, I have no idea, but it still frightens the @*!$ out of me!!

I watched the original Exorist a couple weeks back....my wife's like, "why in hell are you watching that?"
I said, "ssssssshhhhhhhhhh" while waving my hand at her from the side without missing any of the action.
Isn't it funny how they can't/don't wait for the freaking COMMERCIAL to ask questions
Rob, you could always pay her back by booking a family vacation to The Stanley Hotel in Estes Park, Co. It's considered one of the most haunted hotels in America. Oh, and it just happens to be the hotel from the movie the Shining.

I watched a bunch of those shows while I was over there last spring. My friends really liked it. Very good show! We have some similar shows here (hauntings, ghost hunters, etc...), but none quite as good... we can get Most Haunted on BBC America I think.
I also really liked "Dead Famous" with Gail Porter (A beautiful bald babe).

Hi Vash! yeah, Gail is great. The first (and only) woman to have her naked body plastered all over the Houses of Parliament!
One woman who HAS come to terms with losing her hair.

I must admit that I'm not too crazy about Shamalyn movies but Sixth Sense was the exception.I was disappointed with The Village and Lady in the Water was stupid, more of a kids movie.

Have you seen it (Hannibal Rising), yet? I was going to watch it with a buddy this weekend, but saw it had only 4 out of 10 stars on IMDB.

My brother-in-law has seen it and said it was good. He said it helps if you are a fan of the other two Hannibal movies though.

I am a horror geek. If you guys aren't into all the blood and guts stuff I recommend "Session 9". I wouldn't really call it a horror film but it scared the crap out of my ex. Great movie.

I haven't seen it yet but I have plans to tomorrow. I hope it is as good as has been advertised, I can't imagine that it'll be as good as Silence of the Lambs.

Would like to check that out next time I head to New Orleans which is supposed to have a few haunted bars. Chicago has a guy gives a bus tour complete with beverages that hits the famous haunted spots in Chicago. Most famous is Resurrection Cemetary, where a young girl is dropped off after hitchhiking. Makes the papers when it happens each time. Was the basis for the 60's song Laurie.
