Unfortunately I can't seem to make the time to eat breakfast. Getting my 8 yo up, fed, dressed and out the door in the morning as well as getting myself together to meet the world is my greatest challenge. Any suggestions?

I always eat breakfast. Egg whites every morning with either:
1. Canadian bacon and a whole wheat English muffin
2. 2 slices of whole-wheat toast
3. oatmeal
Razor... eggs and oatmeal sounds disgusting!
(and what's wrong with the orangey/yellow bit in the middle?)

I have not eaten breakfast since 1998, my body and mind function better without it. I usually just have 1 cup of coffee in the morning.
Like Nomad, I am fond of the Diet Pepsi and cigarette breakfast.

Only if you mix them together -- which I don't.

How else are you going to get the right amounts of carbs and protein in?
(and what's wrong with the orangey/yellow bit in the middle?)
Too much fat and cholesterol.

JDog, you need a good Southern-Style-Breakfast.
Fried Green Tomatoes served with a side dish of Country Ham
Scratch Bisquits w. Red-Eye Gravy
and Cheesy Grits Casserole.

If you skip breakfast due to time, you should try having a breakfast shake in the morning.
Ice
8 oz Non-fat Milk
TBSP Non-fat yogurt
2 scoops Chocolate Whey Protein
TBSP of Peanut Butter or a some sliced up fruit
1/2 cup cooked or raw oatmeal.
It takes about 3 min to make and you can drink it on your way to work and get your metabolism going.

I'm waiting for the day I don't have to travel for work and can make a decent homemade breakfast...
EDIT: My whole point for quoting right there was that a breakfast shake sounds like a great idea
