I eat breakfast daily. During the week it's usually OJ, oatmeal, a banana, and milk. If it's a mad hot morning, it will be a bowl of cereal, like Cheerios.

Everyday, weekdays oatmeal w/ fresh fruit and chicory dark roast coffee, weekends waffles w/ maple syrup & coffee. I can attest to the "good" part of it, when I started this in the late 90's as a "religious" practice, I dropped 5 pounds w/o changing anything else.

On days where I'm not working it's always 3 eggs, 6 strips of bacon, 3 sausages, and 4 pieces of toast. When it comes to days that I'm working I will usually go for a large bowl of oatmeal or I'll have 2 whole wheat bagels with cream cheese and a glass of OJ. One thing that I never skip is my XL double double from Tim's, but hey, what can I say, coffee and a doughnut is food for my profession

Usually during the week, I bring an 8 oz. yogurt to work, and then I add some grapenuts to it -- gives it some added nutrition and makes it stay with me longer to fend off hunger for a little while before lunch. On weekends, I'm a mixed bag.

I've gotta have breakfast or else I'm dragging for the rest of the day!! Usually a bowl of oatmeal and a banana, sometimes raisin bran with coffee creamed with soy milk.
If I skip it I find myself thinking about food all morning lol.

Yeah, that's one thing I miss about living there, anywhere you look you can find a Tim's. When I was working downtown I was grabbing one at least 3 times a day, that and the Poutine trucks all over, the best was on Slater at O'Connor by the World Exchange Plaza.

Quite a hearty breakfast there, RazorX. Wish I could do that.

It's egg whites with one of the three things listed, not all of them at the same time.
