we need to get more people into the idea of this convention if we are gonna have it. if we only get ten people that want to do this then i will line up an offshore fishing trip on some kind of charter boat. thank you for your cooperation.

You know what's going to be really cool at the convention...
When some girl comes up to one of us and asks "What? Is there a Bald guys convention going on?" and then the expression on her face when we say "Yes there is!"

My kids are involved with all sorts of activities, and my wife usually wears the Super Mom cape. Just from my standpoint, I don't see her going along for the ride, so my vote is dudes only. If it could be west coast, i could piggy back it with a business trip.
So Cal?

It all depends on my work schedule. With some advanced notice, I can be pretty flexible.

As long as I have ample notice to get off work and save some $$$ I don't really have an issue with any place. I voted for a cruise simply because I've always wanted to go on one and never got to. It would be family or single guy friendly. Again, i'm not too concerned with the where....just the when and the vacation it would entail.

Dunno who's thought much about this....but I think realistically 10 to 15 of us at the most will be able, willing and ready to get together.
I think we'd have a blast regardless....but I don't think it'll be a thing where we reserve a large convention room at a major hotel.
Someone mentioned--think it was Paul--chartering a boat. That might not be too far fetched.
Any thoughts?

i don't think it would have to be anything too formal. Just a place where we can hang out and have some fun. If we were all in the same hotel (wherever it goes down) then we could find stuff to do pretty easily...golf, fish, hunt chicks (BaldRob)....just kind of a weekend getaway for bald folks.

Right...the less structured, the better.
Rooms at the same hotel...not a Five Star, but not Motel 6....nice in-house Bar & Grill with BIG SCREEN....nearby golf course...etc....etc....
