Interesting how the concept of barbecue changes depending on locale. In the south, barbecue is a noun - a type of food made from chopped pork or beef and slathered with a spicy tomato (or in NC and the low country, mustard) based sauce. Artery clogging potential determines just how good it is! See that for a lot of you the concept of barbecue is what we call "grilling".
actually mr. pruitt we probably have the same concept of bbq/grilling. i just did not feel like starting a new topic about "grilling". besides, if it is cooked on a pit it is better anyway. no matter what you call it.
