The reason of going bald?

Balding, "hairofoby" ( just invented that, lol), other reasons...
I'm just asking, what made you go bald?
The reason I shave my head is: I hate the curly hair I had, I also had dandruff problems, and I also think it's the look that makes me diffrent of the other living persons around me.
you?

I'd need a couple of days to list all of the reasons...but the two biggest were that the bald guys seemed to be attractive to women, and the second was that I had a jacked-up hairline and was thinning at the crown and I did not want to look like my dad and granddad (God bless their soul) I think I'm one of the few in my immediate family to go permanently sly

I'm a part time sly guy. I shave it for a few months, grow it back when I get tired of shaving and shave it again when the mood strikes. I have a full head of hair. So why do I shave my head bald? First time, it was out of curiosity and I just loved the way it looked and felt. So when I want to be bald, I take it all off for awhile. It's just another haircut choice...

MPB (main reason) and a ton of grays!!! LOL! Was home on leave after a deployment and saw that my dad was Sly... Was like "dayum Pops, you look great!" Went Sly for good as soon as I got home...that was about 3 yrs. ago.

MPB and stress related hairloss, I'd look ridiculous if I grew what I have left

Always had shortish hair since I was in my early teens..... joined the Air/Army Cadets, Territorial Army (similar to National Guard), then regular army - kept my hair short but never shaved. Went to my barber for my regular summer cut a few years back - he suggested I try a "shorter" cut - I agreed - he buzzed my head with a #0000 guard & then lathered my "bald" scalp and shaved it smooth. I loved the experience although I was a little scared of what folks would think when they saw the "new" me. Got lots of positive comments & some not so positive, but I decided that this was the way I preffered being - Bald by choice. The rest as they say, is history.

The beginning of MPB initially made me try it. I have grown it back a few times. But now more advanced MPB has convinced me to keep this as my primary look!

MPB. Always knew I'd end up bald, but the process of getting there naturally isn't attractive.

For me I simply liked the bald look as I was over messing with my hair as it always bugged me plus it gives me a certain confidence and presence you don't have with hair. I also have MPB in my family so it was only a matter of time so I too agree with Balddoc!!

Me too. Got sick of the grey hair. The main reason for going bald was curiosity. Oh and then I came across this web and the 30 day trial.

It helps that many people have told me I look younger since I shaved my head. Better to get rid of the grey this way than to try coloring it, and since my hair is mostly grey I have very little shadow.

I'd been wearing an eighth-inch buzz cut for 12 years and often wondered how I'd look sly, so I guess it was curiosity. If anybody asks, though, I just say that I was tired of having hair.

always wanted to be bald, but never had the courage to shave my head.
Eventually found the courage to shave for the first time and never let it grow back.
Smooth since May 1996.
