That gosh darn ear hair...nasty!
Also, what's with the woolly mammoth eyebrows that some older men have? Are they letting them grow so they can do a comb over? I've seen some eyebrows (Andy Rooney comes to mind) that should have their own zip code!

And BTW,what's the definition of an "older man"?
To a 20 year old, its 25+.

My eyebrows would do the Andy Rooney thing if I let them. I also need to shave my earlobes.
And, an "older man" is anyone who is ten years older than I am at the time.

Right on! Though I would give it at least 15 years!

And shaving the eyebrows outright works really well too (but YMMV...)

Do ears and nose actually grow in the "golden years" of life?
No, just the hair in them!
I'm not too old but I had the hair in the ear removed. Every now and then a new one comes around and I have that zapped too.

I just have to shave the fuzzies every couple weeks but the dark one's are gone. It's so much easier.

How do you get them removed? I grab them with tweezers and pull hard.

Electrolysis. A very fine wire (needle) is inserted into the pore and electricty is applied to destroy the blood supply feeding the hair.

Oh, good. I'll never be old then.

Oh I am not really worried about ear & nose size myself but am freaking out (nearly) over the amount of hair growing on my ears not just the lobes. I can't shave the areas above the lobe without slicing them up. Anyone else have that problem?

My friend's dad turned 71 in October...his MPB reached the highest level (forgot the name, maybe one of you guys can help me there) his horseshoe extended below the cranium, anyway he wanted to shave his head, but he told me he couldn't do it with a razor because he's diabetic so he had to clipper it with a 0...as for shaving above the ears, I just use the clippers above the earlobes and on the neckline.

While for me, it's mostly the lobes, I do get stray hairs elsewhere and the best tool I've found for the job is a nose hair trimmer, believe it or not.

I've used a pair of blunt scissors for the ears and tweezers for the inside.

this topic is like ..lol:D
find something better to think of

that's no reason to wonder.
maybe, if your ears will grow, your head will grow asewell. joking but...the ear grow in time stuff is ...untrue. I guess.
