By default, if October 14 is 'bald and be free day', then they (or someone) is suggesting that the other 364 days of the year are 'bald and feel trapped' days, which is utter crap.

This is probably another excuse to make people run out and buy greetings cards and gifts for people. You can be sure someone, somewhere, has designed a 'Happy Bald Day' card.

P@^ It sounds like a holiday week-end to me. Go to the big box stores and catch the sales, buy picnic foods, gas up the Cheby and go to the beach.
