Is this a trick question??!!

I'm proud of who I am as a Man, Father, and Husband........... the fact that I'm bald is just a perk..........

Agree with Koz.
I like the benefits that shaving my head provides, but proud of it...not sure.
That being said (given the cards I was dealt), I wouldn't "wear my hair" any other way.

I am more "proud" of the growth I have made as a person. But I do like being bald and feel it is the best way for me to look!

I'm proud to show my scalp to the world,
and I allow head rubs from every girl.
I'm very secure in who I am,
I'm proud as hell to be a bald man!

I don't know if proud is the word I would use for my being Bald by Choice. I think it is more of a personal preference. I am proud of who I am: a good father, I was a good husband and I am a good man.

I'm just as proud of being sly as I'm proud of the choices I've made.

I think alot of the people that go threw the "trial by fire" of losing there hair or whatever ailment that is causing them to be a SBG is a testamonial to everyone that comes to this site, I've met alot of great people here and made a couple of great friends. I've been shaving my head for the last 4 years, the last 3 by the headblade, a month ago I decided to grow it out for two weeks and It grew quick. I was at my friends house and he has a side cabinet with a mirror so I check out the back of my crown and guess what, it was thin as hell and I was suprised because all my family has full thick hair. I didn't lament didn't freak out because, I thought about the fellow people on this forum that have actually when threw turmoil hair loss and I feel for anyone that goes one something traumatic, myself I said f!@# it and went home and got the clippers and headblade out 1. My hair doesn't make me who I am 2. If its a choice even if I had a full set of hair I would be a SBG till I die.

I wouldn't put proud to be bald per se, but proud that I have accepted my baldness. Additionally, I am proud that I have grown and matured as a person in the last 10-15 years. I have also shunned some bad habits and adopted healthy, positive ones.

I'm proud of the fact that I finally took control and dumped the insanity of trying to pretend that I had hair (I wore a hair piece). I think for me the terms that fits best are "confident" and "in control" whereas before I shaved my head I lacked confidence in that I was hiding the fact that I have MPB and felt like society was controlling who I was trying to be. I am proud to be an American, a father, and a member of the SBG's group!
