Anyone ever used the wintergreen rubbing alcohol on their head as an aftershave? If so, how is it?
I know alcohol is not necessarily the best for skin since it can dry you out. However, I have oily skin and regular rubbing alcohol seemed to help dry some of the blemishes and razor bumps up.

It's certainly worth a try! My head tends to be very dry. If I don't keep it well protected it starts to flake. So I have to used some lubrication and I wouldn't dare think of using alcohol on it!!! AAAhhhhhhhhhh

SimplyRed,
Did you get the Witch Hazel with our without the alcohol? I got some of the cucumber version without the alcohol. Seems to be ok. Cucumber scent is a bit over powering. Was thinking of getting the version with the alcohol. Now to get it regular or with the lemon scent. Don't want to walk around smelling like Lemon Pledge. haha

My head is oily at the end of the day just like the oily residue pledge leaves behind.

you need to get some head wipes. They really work. YOu can carry them with you thru out the day and when you start to feel a little grimy up there...just wipe'r down. You have to remember all the "stuff" that is the air we breath every day...lands on our noggins as well. Try em out...I am sure you will like them Ycartt

Actually I have some already and they do work great. Fortunately, I work out at the gym on my lunch break so my noggin gets another wash during the day.
