Without a question it has to be abdominal exercise of any kind! I am currently preparing for my first bodybuilding show in April, but I still hate working abs!
Lunges! I hate lunges! Not sure why, I have very strong legs and do 400+ lbs on the leg press, but I always despise the lunges.
I never minded any of the stuff that happens in the gym but I do hate running, I only run when chased and that doesn't happen often

Jogging is the worst for me. I worked up to a mile a couple months ago and it tore up my body. I had shin-splints, my knees were hurting and lower back was all screwed up. What I do like is sprinting. The body is made to sprint/run, not jog. It's a killer workout too.
it also helps to drop a big deuce after a big meal too . that shaves another 10 lbs off the diet haha.
