DEADLIFTS = ouchie on my back. Just cant seem to do them a hundred percent correctly and always end up in pain for days haha.Im lucky enough to have work provide us with a free gym here at the Sheriffs Dept.
12 oz. curls! Gawd, I hate them. But I do them because I know that they are good for me.
ISidenote: It's really hilarious how the gyms always fill up this time of year, I'm just waiting another few weeks til those resolutioners drop out. But if you are one of those ones, stick to it! It will improve your energy, health and confidence!
