So I'm a Physical Therapy/Health and Fitness Major and I'm doing one of my many projects. What I need from whoever feels comfortable enough to share is Your Current Height and Weight and then the desired Weight you think would be ideal for yourself to be "Healthy". If you are already there tell me that. I won't reference anyone specifically but I am going to group you guys into the members of Sly Bald Guys. So this will get the site a little advertisement because these projects are overseen by a ton of teachers and higher ups.. Plus they post them in the school. I know it may seem a little broad especially with the word Healthy thrown out there without explanation but that's part of the project. Thanks!

I'm 5'11" and around 185. I'd love to be 175 again and a 32 waist.

I'm 5'6 and weigh in at 152. To be healthy, I think I need to weigh in at 140.
...and yes, I'm short.

I'm 6' and 165lbs, which I consider healthy. I work out several days a week, and I obviously don't have much body fat. Especially for a man, it's rarely unhealthy to be too thin unless it's very extreme or he has very low cardio endurance capability, in my opinion.
I would like to be 185lbs. Even if that was without working out I would still consider that a healthy weight. Even with low muscle mass 185 isn't too bad for a 6' guy. Of course I would like to be 185 with a good amount of muscle from working out.
I'm 29, so this is what applies to me now. If I was 60, it would be different.

I am actually pretty under weight, due to illness I am about 119 pounds, I guess for my size I should be 140 pounds!

I'm 6ft 205 but worked out for years so its hard to lose. But I work out twice a week (muscle workouts) and once a week (cardio). I used to be 165 until approx. 1992. (long story). Honestly; I starved myself for years to keep between 165-170 and at this point couldn't care less (within reason) what I weigh.,

I'm currently 6' 2" and about 205. Figure my healthy weight to be about 200 or so, especially if I got rid of the beer belly......but people who have known me for years say I've never looked better. I used to be very skinny.

OK, moovvee over my lighweight sly brothers, let a big man through. 6'3" and 295 lbs. (You can see me alot on the food related forum threads!) For me to be in the skinny healthy range would be 225 (like when I was living in China!) I am currently on a diet, walking, and just started lifting weights. That pic of me on the left, that's not my wifey on my lap, just ingeneously made up belly flappage! Lol
