Stephen, unfortunately my son in laws 18 year old nephew has to start chemotherapy on 15 January in Glasgow. His American mom and his British dad live in the suburbs.
Been there only once in my adult life and would love to bring my wife and son back to my homeland on the hills to meet the rest of the clan. If not this year, probably next. I remember boarding the plane to go back to the states and having this very sad feeling in the pit of my stomach. Scotland is truly an amazing land. I never felt so peaceful and happy. It's the beauty of the land and all the folk. So welcoming and caring.
Ill be watching the Open at Turnberry; 2010 I'm planning to be at St Andrews. I did Augusta this year and my golf game better be in shape. And my wife better allow me to go...I pray.
