I know that New Orleans always seems to have specials about haunted places.  I think once I heard a show give it the title of America's most haunted city.  I traveled a good portion of the city and with only a few exceptions of actual physical threats I felt total normal there.

Well since I was there after Katrina, there was a few times where we had confrontation with the dregs left behind.  Nothing that great, sorry to disappoint, Rob.

Oh...so you were there in a military capacity....that makes sense.

I was picturing you being there with your wife on a vacation and having several physical threats....I'm like, holy crap, I'm cancelling my visit to see Paulie.

Now that sounds like too much fun.  Years back when I was training at Ft Polk, LA one of my guys caught a lil' one (about 18-24 in) with his hands and some 550 cord (a string/rope).  It was good times.  I touched it after it was tied up, but I wasn't going to try to catch him with just me.

Ever watch that show dirty jobs, one of the jobs was work on a gator farm. :-\

I'd go for that....

I've wrestled a young mountain lion.....a leopard.....an 11 foot burmese python...a couple of chimpanzees.

No I ain't s%^tin'....my mom is an exotic animal consultant....I grew up with all kinds of exotic pets....My mom has been sort of a halfway house for animals used in Hollywood TV/Movies.....still does it at age 76.

We've had all of the above as pets at one time or 'nother....even gators.

LOL!!!....when I was in elementary school and had "show and tell"....other kids were bringing in their pet turtle, or mouse.....

I brought in---and this ain't no lie---a couple of river otters....or a wallaby (small kangaroo)....or even a chimpanzee.

If you'll indulge me...

When I started 1st grade, the principle of the Catholic school I went to was a friend of the family.  On the first day of school...the teacher asked all the kids what kinds of pets we all had.....

So going around the class they came to me...and I said, "Well we have 2 monkeys....2 otters....a wallaby...etc...etc..."

My teacher goes to the principle and says, "Principle.....we might have a problem with little Robbie Blackmore, he lives in a fantasy world.  He said that he has monkeys, chimpanzees, otters, kangaroos as pets!"

The principle--again knowing the Blackmore's says, "Sister Roberta....that's not a fantasy...they do have pets like that."

True friggen story!!!

There's more to the Robmeister than meets the eye....

including being raised with Chimps....ok...with that...bust away!!! O0 8)
