Most bald state?

Simple question:  What state do you all think has the highest concentration of "sly" people?

Yeah, there's a lot of Sly Guys in Cali, especially with all the Black and Filipino guys that save their heads.  Last time I was in Texas, I saw a bunch of Sly Guys there.

The latino gang population in So. Cali makes for A LOT of shaved heads....but I wouldn't call them SlyGuys....

Actually, there are quite a few, but I don't think that we have the most...

There were a lot of bald guys in Maryland when I lived there though...

yeah I know and me tooo i've accepted my disability and accutaly have learned to live with it.... sometimes I can go hours with out noticing (took a lot of work)

how ever reading is always harder than spelling. I find I get words mixed up, sometimes it will come out and make sense other times it's complete jibberish.
