IE7 help
« on: January 17, 2007, 05:51:52 PM »
Okay I’m sure I’m just behind the times here.  I just upgrade my internet explorer from whatever it was before (I think 6.something) to the new 7.  For some reason every time I log back on to my computer, all my extra help (?) tool bars, like the new SBG, google and del.icio.us are rearranged so each has its own line taking up more space.  Is there a way to just “set it and forget it,” or is this yet another way Bill Gates has managed to control everything?

Switch to Firefox...LOL

You can do so by going to http://www.slybaldguys.com and clicking on the button at the top of the page.

I heard a lot about firefox and thought about doing the switch, but haven't cause I use my computer a lot for the Guard, and DOD does not support and firefox app.  I just might need to start using both and switching back when needed. :(

I use Firefox 95% of the time and find it to be a much better browser.  I would try to help you with IE, but I haven't downloaded IE7 yet.

Am I the only one who did not find that anywhere close to funny?  Was that meant to be a joke, Paul?

Set it up the way you want it, then right click on the tool bar and click on "lock toolbar"  This "should" lock everything in place.

BTW, I hate the new look.  I use firefox.

Thanks.  I think either going back to the original or firefox are looking pretty good, because that was what I have been doing. I HATE BILL  >:(not our Bill

Thanks Albert ... I appreciate that clarification.  I was starting to feel like Paul
