I find that a nice Slow shave after work relaxes me for the rest of the evening.
Also a Saturday afternoon sailing works worders at relieving a weeks worth of stress.

For me, complete relaxation is sleeping. Anything less than that is still activity.
But if I'm laying low (short of sleeping), I'll usually be laying on the couch watching sports or at one my kids' sporting events.
Win, Lose, or Draw, I feel a tremendous sense of pride watching Nicole or Alex in sports. Sorry if this sounds egotistical, but they are both one the better players on their respective teams. I'm guessing they get that from The Lovely Mrs. Schro.

when I'm on the road working I site see and research odd topics on the computer, I know its strange but I love to learn new things or brush up on the useless knowledge that I already know.
when I'm home I go to the beach for the sunset and just veg out with the surf and sites.
Oh ya my new unwinding tool is to kick back with a good cigar... Thanks Rob

Thanks schro I think so too -- Triumph almost went under but since they rebuilt the company in the last decade or so they are building some of the sexiest, most reliable bikes in the world

Great topic.
I like to unwind playing basketball, working out, hitting the speedbag, hiking.
If I dont feel like getting physical I like to BBQ with friends/family...I love to be out in the sun
and just chill with a cool drink. Maybe play some catch...football or baseball.
I do pick up the old axe every now and then too to see if I can still play eruption
