When I am working in the field at home like doing hay I always keep a couple wash rags in the cooler so when I take a break to grab a drink I can grab a rag and wipe my dome/face down and let the ice cold rag sit on my dome for a few mins to cool me down. At the feed store its all air conditioned so its nice, at the hardware store I splash cool water on my dome. That is one of my favorite advantages of being sly, no hair to get all wet, I can just wipe off the water or sweat, lol.

This is the time of year when I wear a doo rag if I'm outside working. Wet that baby down and let evaporation cool the noggin'.
Sure wish I had a SBG doo rag though!

I'm hitting the swimming pool as much as I can with the kids for one. Other than that, the guy who fills our first aid cabinet at work gave me a couple of scarf type devices with "cooling crystals" in them. Put it in a sink of cold water for 10-15 minutes and they are supposed to last days. We'll find out when I'm doing yard work this summer.

Hitting the neigborhood pool quite a bit with my boys. And then we usually make a trip to our local Sonic Drive-Inn. Nothing like ice cream to cool ya down.

I jump into the 58 degree Pacific Ocean as often as I can. Of course at 58 degrees I jump out pretty quick as well.

Sure wish I had a SBG doo rag though!
Yeah, me too.

Damn, serious shrinkage issues with that !
I'm making home-made ice cream for the Fourth of July. My favorite way to re-live my childhood. Everybody loves ice cream, especially if they have to work to make it.

We actually have a pool out back. Strange as it may seem...we havent used it all week. The temps here at night ahve been dipping down in the upper 50's and the day time only about 80. Im not complaining but I would like to make use of our pool. ALmost like we are just adding chemical to it for nothing. Like running a washing machine with soap in it with no clothes. The water is just too cold and not very hot out....so doesnt make for an enjoyable swim.
