who is your cell phone provider

Verizon for the last 7 or 8 years.  No problems at all.
Had Cingular before that and had a problem from the first day.

I've been a Verizon customer for over 10 years.  I actually was with Cellular One, before they got bought-out by Verizon.  I really can't complain too much.  The coverage is the best I've found.  There have been a couple of times that I've gotten a little upset with their customer service.  But what I've found is that is usually an issue with a particular customer service rep.  When I had problems with a customer service rep, I usually just demand to talk to someone else.

i have at&t. service is as good as anyone else here in the swamp. ha ha   had nextel and after katrina, that was all that would work. only the two way feature that is.

I got rid of VZ DSL & phone service about 4 years ago.  Their customer service is crappy, and they add too much BS to your bill.  AT&T Family Talk isn't too shabby of a deal.

tgallagher i hear that....ive got sprint and they are all jacked up....great i was gonna switch to verizon next fall when my"contract" w/ sprint ended. maybe i'll just do w/o like we did back in the olden times!

I've been with ATT/Cingular for years now, there has benn a couple of glithes and there customer service isn't the greatest but these days whose is. Overall they have been ok, my cell service is great not many dead zones.

the only dead zone I know of is OHIO STATE!!! 

ya but thats only one time a year, when the wusserines try to come down and play football, it becomes a big dead zone for them

WEll I called Verizon back and I just told them exactly how I felt about the whole situation.  I ended up talking to a supervisior and not just one of the run of the mill operators.  I explained to her that the person I talked to earlier interrupted me as I was trying to explain to her what was going on and told me taht since I wasnt give her any words edge wise that she reckons this conversation was over with.  WHAT! you dont talk to people like that.   I said well your people do.  Anyways...she gave us credit for the whole month of June.  So I really dont know where to go from here.  In the past 2 months our "normal fee" has now risen $20 bucks because they keep getting us to add other services .....Im like Rickybobby....Just say screw it and just stick with landlines.  If anyone wants me they can come find me.

hand write a letter??? y ou mean to actually put pencil to paper and then walk ( yes walk..not drive) to the post office where you have to lick a stamp and manually put it on the envelope.  Oh thats another thing..addressing the envelope..which side do i put the send to info on..( believe it or not I was at the post office a few days ago and this dude was in there prolly about 17 or so and he didnt know how to address the envelope. I watched as this lady tried to help him) LOL  NOW THAT IS SAD!

I hear ya Sgt. It really is about coverage for me. That's why I'll be an AT&T wireless customer next month. I mean, after all they got my land line....

As I've said before, I've been with Verizon for over 10 years.  I've been happy, (for the most part) with their service and coverage.  Their pricing and plans don't seem to be the best.  I would love to find another carrier that had better pricing and plans, yet had the coverage that compares to Verizon.  I just haven't found it yet.

My neighbor has Sprint and he has trouble getting a signal in his own house.

See, now, that's interesting because here in Denver, Sprint is the BOMB (for me, anyway)...had Verizon and dealt with WAY TOO MANY dead zones....including my house and my office.....I always seemed to be darting outdoors to save the call.

Sprint RULES out here in Denver.....glad I switched.....good at home...good at the office....GOOD IN THE ELEVATOR AT THE OFFICE
