I finally took the plung last night and shaved my head for the first time.  The kids reaction in the morning was priceless.  My 18 mo. old touched her head and said "where'd go?" 

Anyway, I've been a prosecutor for 10 years.  I handle felony cases including drug deliveries, sexual assaults, murders, etc.  I'm also an avid hiker who loves challenging myself.  Last year I did America's Hardest Dayhike, the Timberline Trail, around Mt. Hood in around 22 hours (41 miles with 12,000 feet of elevation gain/loss).  Also, hiked 53 miles from Lake Michigan to Lake Superior in one day once.  There a few interesting short videos and hike write-ups on my website:  www.roykranz.com  Check it out and let me know what you think.

This is a great site.  Thanks for all the moral support and answers to my questions.  I'm sure there will be a lot more to come.

Seriously though, it takes a little time to get used to the new look, for others and yourself.  But now you've taken control of your look and my guess is you'll never go back!  O0
