I'd go with an electric.

I would be worried about infection from water should you nick yourself.

Might want to use rubbing alcohol as an after-shave just to kill anything.

ChicoD, I know the tension between the Cubans and Haitians in Miami 10 years ago was pretty tense, have things relaxed since then?

My bad for the late response man....I don't see much tension between Cubans and Haitians out here anymore...never really saw much, but supposedly there was....I'm Colombian, but live in a very Cuban part of town...Haitians live on the opposite side of Miami, however I have gone to school and worked with many in the past.  They are very nice and respectful people.  I get along really well with most that I meet
