« on: January 23, 2008, 10:56:00 AM »
hello fellow chrome domes....... there was a good topic posted here on FAVORITE TV SHOWS (by happy harry) and i wanted 2 start one on how many tv shows can we come up with that we used 2 watch that R no longer on primetime tv.   ADD only one (only one please) 2 see how many we can come up with & keep going.  this could B fun & jog our memories at the same time.  NO repeats on the show please.  u can also include some of the shows on TVLAND.

i'll start:  NEW YORK UNDERCOVER (this was one of my favorite shows in the 90s).  so....how 'bout u?  what show comes 2 your mind?

I used to love watching "Dougie Howser, MD".  I've yet to see the new prime time show that Patrick Harris is on to know if it is any good.

The Guardian, CBS. Great show about an Pittsburgh attorney (played by Simon Baker) that had a drug problem that was required to perform community service as a children's rights advocate. A couple of years ago, it was canceled for no real reason, and me & the Lovely Mrs. Schro were not consulted about this!!  :Xo!

One of my favorites was "Beverly Hills, 90210" - watched it from middle school years through college - everybody talked about it when I was in HS

Does anyone remember a show that was on in the late 90's called "Mysterious Ways"?  I loved that show but haven't found it anywhere in reruns.

People are not limited by the circumstance that they are born in. They are limited by the size of their dreams. Show them that their dreams can have no limits and in turn their accomplishments can be limitless.

The Street

I believe it was on USA and was about a bunch of Wall Street moguls.  When the market tanked in 2000 they yanked the show.
