it is not. spent 5 days with inlaws during the christmas break. then my dad got put in the hospital day before yesterday. diabetes is a bitch.he seems to be ok but can only count to 18 now. so keep us in your prayers. plan on taking another stab at the smoking and fitness thing in a couple weeks.

Understandable....hope your dad is back on his feet soon.

I have two things to say to Vegans...

I didn't claw my way to the top of the food chain to eat vegetables

and last but certainly not least...

If we aren't supposed to eat animals, why are they made out of meat?

Paul I will be thinking of you and your family brother

Vegans are stuck way back in Genesis chapter 3:

"To Adam [God] said, "Because you…ate [the forbidden fruit] from the tree…Cursed is the ground because of you; through painful toil you will eat of it all the days of your life…you will eat the plants of the field."

They forget (or don't know) that we have a DIVINE SANCTIONING  ;) to eat things "with a face" from chapter 9 and beyond:

"Then God blessed Noah and his sons, saying to them, "Be fruitful and increase in number and fill the earth…Everything that lives and moves will be food for you. Just as I gave you the green plants, I now give you everything."

Who am I to disobey God and turn down a nice, juicy 16 oz bone-in prime rib  ;D

Ever had blackened prime rib?.........MMMMmmmmMMMMmmmmmm!!

Paul, my best wish to you, your father and your family.

A day at a time, bro.  It is understandable to have a relapse.  Just put them down as soon as you can. ;)  We're for you.

Paul, your father is in my prayers bro.
People are not limited by the circumstance that they are born in. They are limited by the size of their dreams. Show them that their dreams can have no limits and in turn their accomplishments can be limitless.
