my wife is insanely jealous. i had a thshirt on awhile back that said "WANNA SEE MY TATTOO" and women kept asking about the tattoo. she got pissed. owell, not my fault she married such a sexy sumbitch. O:O

Yea, I told my wife I wanted to make a shirt that said "I make cute babies"...

she said "what the "f" are you talking about?! And WHAT is that going to do for you? You're so lame!

Aww, a such a wise woman! O0

Take it whatever way you can get it.  Heck, I'd gladly have my gall bladder removed if I thought it would help me lose 15 pounds.   ;D

another good thing out of all this is that i am learning to eat lower fat and more fruit and veggies. not a typical cajun diet for sure.

I've been using this stuff for the past couple of weeks -- too soon to know how much effect, if any, it is having.  It seems to be marketed more to women, and is not a magic bullet by any means, but I figured it was worth a try.

time to re-visit this. been a year today. well, i have managed to quit smoking, still the same weight i was last year at this time. so i reckon now i just need to work on the lard-ass factor this year. i am around 225ish and wanna be 190ish. so i need to get my butt in gear. at least i don't have to fight the smoking anymore. ha ha.

Good job on maintaining your weight after quitting smoking.  Not an easy thing to do.
