i think i would have to torture my cousins some kind of way for that one. oh yeah, don't look now but the pygmies are watching. j/k bro. not making fun of you.

Life has a funny way of working out. All those cousins did hard drugs in high school and are total losers. I may have issues with windows but I also have a masters degree and all my own teeth.  :*))

I used to enjoy roller coasters ... until after 1,100 flight hours in a Navy P-3. :-[ :o :(  :-\

Not that I'm scared, the rides just seem like work now.

I'm right there with ya, Padre. My kids love roller coasters (as do I), but I can't do them anymore. The whole inner ear thing apparently changes as you get older and motion sickness hits me harder/earlier than it used to.

Oh, Sharks freak me out too. The whole idea of becoming a fish's lunch doesn't sit too well with me.

Don't think anyone really wants to be munched on/ ripped to shreds ;)

I'm with Rob6, clowns are all bad for me.  Ever since I was little, they have been scary.  If you have ever read IT by Stephen King, you'll understand.

Flying scares me too, I think since I am not the one flying the plane, I don't feel like I'm in control.

Dude the movie adaption for that book SCARES THE SH!T out of me, I don't even want to think of it. The still can't finish the second Evil Dead movie either, as soon as they find the book made from human skin I am GONE

Snakes is the big one for me;  If I see one in the road, I run over it.  If I ever find one in the house, I will move! Darn slimy critters!
"Far better it is to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checkered by failure, than to take rank with those who neither enjoy much nor suffer much, because they live in the gray twilight that knows not victory nor defeat." - Theodore Roosevelt

I have always been afraid of heights but I have worked very hard to overcome the fear. I can handle air travel pretty well now and I just spent 4 days in Whistler (B.C.) snowboarding at around 5-7000 feet and riding gondolas and chair lifts with no problem except every night I would have dreams I was falling or something height related.

I used to fear clowns when I was young but now I just hate them. My parents got this huge poster of a clown from Ringling Bros. and put it on my wall when I was like 5 and at night it was pure evil, since then I have despised them.... If a clown comes and jumps in my face my fists ball up and I say things like "You better get the **** outta my face". My wife usually waves them off before it gets to that point but I cant stand them.

“If trees could scream, would we be so cavalier about cutting them down? We might, if they screamed all the time, for no good reason.”

Hey you leave that doily alone.  When i feel in touch with my feminine side i use it as a loin cloth...lol..
No seriously bro...that doily has alot of sentimental value....the bathroom that I took that in was in my wifes bathroom cause it had a shelf like that for me to take the pic....but that doily is a doily that is about 98% finished.  My grandmother was crochetting that when she died instanly while watching tv and doing what she loved best...needlework.  It was given to my wife actually because my wife does alot of that and quilting.  So its ok...you dont have to worry....i dont use it as a loin cloth...

Tim, I just read this post.

Dude you're making this grown mans eye's swell up at work. I lost my grandmother last March. It was horrible.  :(
She was one cool lady and an avid chrochetter and needleworker. Had a very young spirit. She had many grandchildren, but gave all her framed needlework pictures and doilies to me and my wife. I don't go a day without thinking about that woman.
Tim, cherish that doily, and all the memories you have of your grandmother. She must have been a fine lady cause she had you as her grandson.
