Don't drop the weights bro! Weight lifting spikes testosterone levels temporarily, do a little before your cardio and it should give you a little edge.
We're all in the same boat brother.

 Well frost...what we are using for motivation is me running in front of Rick and Mel with my Red and Whites on......you still wanna join??  LOL


IT woudl be fun to do a biggest loser SLy edition.  I am sure all of us in here could stand to loose a little around the waist and actually just about anywhere.  So who all wants to join in....cause for now it seems like Me, Rick and Mel have sucked in Frost......just post up and let us know.  Good luck to all of us. Like Rick said, I think we are starting next week or the week after.  Just get us thru the holidays here...and then we are good to go.

frost....good luck in your quest on losing the weight.  u R more then  welcome 2 join me, timmy, and rick on R quest 2 lose weight as well.  i mentioned 2 timmy & rick that i will start on the 2nd week of january because the holidays is just 2 difficult.  anyways....we will start slowly by losing 10 pounds.  hey....we gotta look good 4 the chicago convention. O0 O:O O:O
