OK just wondering what you all had for breakfast today.
Me I had a package of choc. zingers and a fountain pepsi......yeah SUGAR!  ALL SUGAR!

Tall glass of FARMERS [anything else is nasty] skim milk, followed by hunger until I got home at 1.
