Amen to that PigPen.  Eat eggs everyday, love cheese, have low bad cholesterol, good high cholesterol, had an angiogram last year.  To quote cardiologist, "Your arteries don't have a wrinkle in them"   It's much more about heridity than diet IMHO

I love eggs, yes the whole egg, scrambled or in an omelet. Toss some cheese in there, ham, green chile, some bacon or sausage and that's some good eatin. Especially when you're a little tipsy at 3 AM
In a bacon and eggs breakfast, the chicken is involved, but the pig is committed. BE THE PIG!!!
