I have been drinking Decaf since I was pregnant which was soooooooooooo hard at first especially while I was still working - missed the morning kick in the pants coffee provided, but now I dont even notice, about 3 weeks ago I was out and was given regular coffee and it made me feel so sick - felt toxic - so I will be sticking with decaf for awhile yet.

love the taste tho

slowly mix in a little regular into your decaf until your tolerance builds back up.

I'm addicted to my cup of joe, If I wake up with a headache Mt. dew, energy drinks, or caffiene pills just don't cut it. I gotta have at least one serving of mud before I can return to being normal (normal for me that is)

I make a quart of coffee every morning in a French press and bring it to work in a thermal carafe. I'm a big fan of African beans.

Hey Bear, I've been thinking about trying one of those French Press coffee makers.  Do you have to use a special grind with it?

My wife and I really like Millstone coffee.  I have 6 cups before leaving in the morning and then put another 6 cups over ice in a large thermos and bring it to work.  I usually kill it by the end of the day ....   :D :*))

Nope. In fact if you grind your own (as I do), you can leave the grind coarse. If using pre-ground, just avoid Espresso grind which is too fine.

Dayum, I like coffee, but I don't think I could drink that much.   :/O

I used to be a real coffee geek.  I was buying my coffee beans green from Sweet Marias, roasting them myself, grinding them and pulling them through a La Pavoni hand-pull espresso machine.  Coffee beans have more flavor complexity than wine, and I was into capturing it all!  Then one day, for a couple of reasons I decided to quit all caffeine.  The withdrawal was horrible!  Much like what I imagine heroin withdrawal to feel like.  But once I quit I was quite pleased with the results - I have more sustained energy throughout the day, instead of that roller coaster ride one goes on with coffee.  I'm able to keep my teeth whiter, and I don't feel the need to eat as much; as caffeine is known to stimulate the appetite.  Sometimes I do miss the buzz though.  But sometimes I miss smoking weed as well.  It doesn't mean I would ever do it again...
(I hope no one thinks I'm telling them what to do here.  I'm merely reporting on my personal experience.  Live and let live I say.)

There's a guy at work who does that.  Actually brings whole beans in to work with him, grinds them there with his own grinder, has a special timer to time the infusion in the French press.  Has a huge tray of paraphenalia that he carries back to his desk with him.   He does this several times a day.  It's one thing to do that at home, but it's way too much fuss and bother at the office, IMO.

wouldn't it be easier to use the Caffeine Soap, then to explode your heart with 60 cups of coffee?  Oh wait, the caffeine soap doesn't really work.  :-\
