I eat a lot of grilled chicken,steamed vegetables,drink lots of water,and have a protein shake every morning.


They key to weight loss I have found is a good diet,exercise,and cutting out the sugar,fatty foods and excesssive booze.

What are the portion sizes on the meals you eat? Is it like 1 medium breast of chicken or more?  I have been doing weights but not gaining like I want to. I take supplements but not eating 7 meals. Help Appreciated.  O0
