You look great. There's no reason why you shouldn't be brimming with confidence as you show off your bald head to the world.
If you are concerned about your head shape (although you shouldn't be), you might want to consider adding a little length to your beard to make your jaw appear a bit wider. -

I agree with the others, the buzzed look in your first pic looked good and that zero guard buzz looks just fine so a smooth shaved head will suit you well, especially with the full beard you have. Head doesn't look larger than normal. As Razor said, maybe grow the beard out a little thicker and then shape it accordingly to give you a wider jaw appearance.
