Tried Head Slick a couple of times and each time I have experienced razor burn. Had to go back to Shave Secret. I'm willing to give it another try though eventually. The combo of raw shea butter and Shave Secret has been working extremely well for me.

Yea, I've been using shave secret underneath my headslick and it works great, I think that's gonna be a staple of my shave routine from now on.

I agree shave oil applied and then shaving cream works very well, virtually zero razor burn.
