Charcoal man myself. I just love the flavor of charcoal cooked food. Also, large bottles of a highly flammable liquid and sparks make me a little nervous.
Life has three aspects: Paradox, Humor, and Change.

Paradox: Life is a mystery; don't waste time figuring it out.
Humor: Keep a sense of humor, especially about yourself. It is a strength beyond all measure
Change: Know that nothing stays the same.

Prefer charcoal, but never have the time.   Propane works best for our schedules....

So am I to assume that you do not use lighter fluid?

Personally, I use propane out of convenience, but I do like using charcoal when I can, just to change things up.
