More in a drunk way, anywho it was weird to say the least!
When I used to go out more, I had it happen a couple times by random people. It was always kinda weird but to each their own I guess. A while back, I was at the dinner table, my brother had an icecream bar and was standing over me. Pretty soon I felt a big cold splat on my head, his bar had dripped onto my head. Right as I was about to grab a napkin and wipe it away, he licks it off! In that case, it was different because it was my brother. I took it almost like a wet willy or something along those lines of siblings being annoying.
I personally would rather be 'petted' (like a head rub but constant) than licked, strangers saliva shouldn't come in contact with my noggin
