Dryness w/ Headslick...

If I use Headslick too many days in a row, I get a really dry scalp.  I love the shave I get with HS, but not the dryness.  I've cut back to every other day, and that seems to help.  Is there any other way to combat the dryness while using HS everyday?

Are you using shave balm or any sort after shaving?  Try a non-oily one, I personally like Nivea Extreme.  I've not got a dry scalp problem, mine has a tendency to get a little oily by the end of the day but I usually wash down with some mild skin soap and rinse well.

Never had a problem with headslick , not sure about talcum powder , messy stuff , like a shine meself.

My routine is the same each day...
even day...wash head w/body wash, shave gel, shave, wash again, Headclear or WitchHazel, then Headlube Glossy.

odd day...head scrub (Apricot scrub), Headslick, shave, wash, Headclear or WitchHazel, HL Glossy.

As long as I alternate days, the dryness is bad.  But as I said early, I'd really love to be able to shave with HS daily.  Makes my grape so smooth.

Another in the "no problems with HeadSlick" camp. Though I know these things vary for each individual.

I use headslick daily with no problems so far . Will keep you posted .

I use HeadSlick and HeadLube Matte daily. No issues here, love the stuff.  I also use HeadShed about once or twice a week.

I quit Headslick and use Bald Guyz gel now...it's pretty good.
