Waine, more than likely it was my hypertension kicking in that day....I just noted that it was odd that after I shaved my head, that my headache went away...I do promise you that it relieved the itching that I was starting to experience. These next two weeks are going to be interesting. I'm going on a two-week maneuver with the National Guard and my opportunities to shave my head may be limited there....I will bring St. Ives and Noxzema to tide me over if I get in a jam and have to grow some fuzz...Thanks for sharing!

For me shaving my head every morning is, for much of my days, the most enjoyable thing. I really look forward to it and when you enjoy something you do than stress is out of your world and mind. I once read that enjoyment starts right when your mind is so focused and looking forward in doing something that you forget about all the rest. You just flow, too bad it's only 10min a day......

Shaving your head clean feels like a fresh start every time, so I don't doubt at all it can relieve stress.  8)

Gives me a boost since I shave my face too to keep the grey away. The shaving of my face makes my wife happy so that's another plus O0

For me, it sets the tone for the rest of the day.

@natedawg ... noticed the avatar change. Cute little one you've got.

Hey, thanks, FG! He's my little man. Just like any baby, he can be a handful, but he's a great little guy.  8)
