You hold the centre (center) button in and also the bottom of the wheel, but that only temporarily resets it. He might need a software update or overhaul or wtf its called The button thing is certainly worth a try though

It's strange that they don't list the fact that they're in the mall. The one near me is the same - just lists the road name. It's always crowded too eventhough they doubled the size of the place about two years ago. Sorry that your iPod met its end. The newer ones are better on battery life and some features. I've got a Nano that I use at the gym. The only drawback to it is that I have big fingers and the touchscreen is small.
