Sensitive skin/new to this
« on: July 11, 2011, 12:50:01 PM »
Hi everyone I'm new to this site so if I'm asking something that's already been asked thousands of times, feel free to get annoyed and point me in the right direction.

I've recently thought about shaving my head completely.  Up to now I've always used buzzers without a guard on them and it gets close but I think I want to get closer still.  My big problem is my skin.  Horrible skin runs in my family so my skin becomes irritated extremely easily.  My question is, what is the best blade to deal with my sensitive skin?  I'm not necessarily worried about cutting myself, I'm more worried about getting razor burn and ingrown hairs after the shave.  Is there anything else I can do to avoid irritation and ingrown hairs on my scalp?

Thanks in advance

Hey, I too went through this recently and today I conquered it!

Check out my post here on how to get the best out of your shave http://www.slybaldguys.com/smf/index.php?topic=15139.0.

Hope it works as well for you as it did for me.
