Love eggs any way mentioned,I change week by week alternating with either oatmeal ,cherioos or shreded wheat and wheatgerm. Don't think eating only egg whites is really eating eggs...(sorry Razor ). Latest ,they are now saying the yoke does not raise your blood cholesterol plus it has most of the nutrition. )-m

I like omlettes as well...but I stopped making them since I can't find one of those half/half omlette "cheater" pans...the kind you cook the eggs on the halves then when ready just flip it together...

I look around from time to time, but don't really see them anymore...

I like eggs all ways, but no one has mentioned deviled eggs... absolutely love 'em... try cooking up fresh bacon and crumble it up into the egg yolk mixture.  I don't make them too often because I can't leave them alone, but like them especially at the holidays.  I second bootedbear's breakfast tacos - spicy sausage, cheese, and eggs with hot salsa... getting hungry just thinking about them.

MMMM, eggs. they're good any way you cook them.  We have our own hens and there is nothing better than a nice fresh double yoker, poached on toast with a nice dolup of butter.  Then again those hash and eggs sound pretty good too.   :)
