Looks like I'm getting ready to go completely  

After closer inspection with a mirror the first day after I got the close cut, I saw several places of redness on top.  I guess that was the only thing stopping me from completely shaving it sooner.   However, it looks like those seem to be getting less prominent, so I'm going to try my first complete shave.  Also, you can tell where it's not going to grow back....yuk!   It's weird.  A couple of people thought with the redness on top that I had bumped my head on something.  O well....

I've been looking at product recommendations....I think I'm going with the Schick Hydro5 and the Bald Guyz Shave Gel.

Good move .  Nice hot shower first, shampoo that stubble, then fresh blade.  Take your time, your technique will improve.  You're really going to like this, we promise!  Read up on the care and keeping of a nice sly dome.

Never heard that before .  Seriously, glad you like it, now thirty days.  During that time your technique will improve, sort of like "How do you get to Carnegie Hall?", "Practice, practice, practice."
